I'm pursuing a thesis-based M.Sc. in Clinical and Translational Research at McGill University, working with Dr. Ahmad Haidar in the Diabetes Technologies Lab.
My project has the working title "Integrating an AI Clinical Chatbot into Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems." The proposed work combines continuous glucose monitoring data with longitudinal clinical information to support a conversational AI system.
The approach includes retrieval, clinician feedback, safety escalation, and evaluation of response accuracy and safety. My central interest is whether these tools can help people make sense of glucose data and reduce the daily burden of type 1 diabetes management.
This research is in development. Clinical validation and patient benefit have not yet been established.
